The following tips will ensure your important Christmas gift purchases (any anything you have bought for yourself!) are delivered smoothly...
- Double-check your shipping address including your postcode to avoid items being returned to us undelivered
- If you are sending your order to work, please be sure to include the company name and as much information regarding the building as possible, e.g. Level 12, Suite 42
- Order early and use Express Post to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible
- Send your item with tracking. Smaller items that are sent via Standard Post do not have any tracking and are at the mercy of the postage system and theft. Trackable options are available on all items.
- Check your order has been processed successfully. You will receive an order confirmation within five minutes of your order being successfully received. Please contact us if you are unsure if your order has been processed successfully.
